2、 Receive your GCP member fee
When we receive your GCP membership fee, we will upgrade your membership to GCP, and call you for the second time. At this time we will help you to fill out a “Company Profile” form, which will assist us in recommending you with agencies, and an Application Form for Credit Report, and send you the relevant material.
3、 Submit material for credit checking
As soon as we receive your GCP membership fee, we will submit the material needed for credit checking
4、 Inform you of our services
After you have become a GCP member, we will inform you of our working procedure for recommending agencies, and let you know about online functions such as how to post and browse cargo information, how to find opportunities for international partnerships and how to use “Your Office”.
5 、Credit checking procedure
1) In most cases the credit checking process will be completed within 8 to 10 days. After we receive your “Credit Report” we will inspect it to determine whether your company meets our requirements for GCP membership.
2) If your company passes the third party credit check, we will open your GCP Account. If your company doesn’t pass the third party credit check, we will inform you of the reasons why, and offer recommendations on how to pass any subsequent credit checks.
6. Guidelines for credit checking
1) Keep the information you provide consistent.
We will send you a form entitled “Request for Credit Check”. Please ensure that the information you provide in this form is accurate. Sinotrust will conduct a survey of your company and it is important that the information they find is the same as on your “Reques for Credit Check” form. If not we will need to contact you and rectify the situation.
2) Further notes
You will need to supply us with a copy of your tax records to pass on to Sinotrust. These records need to be relating to a time within the last 2 years.
Newly registered companies are exempt from providing tax record.
If the company to be checked is not a Chinese company, or is a branch office, the “Management Duration” item can be left blank.
Methods for dealing with inconsistent information
If the information is not consistent, we will check it with you and then resubmit the information to Sinotrust
If the information is still not consistent, we will submit it to the related authorities in your country to help resolve the matter

We provide recommendation service according to your request:
Normal recommendation:
1、After you have become a GCP member, we will help you to fill out a “Company Profile” form, which will assist us in recommending you with agencies. If you are a member of NVOCC, FIATA or IATA, please provide a copy of these certificates
2、When we receive your “Company Profile” form, we will send your request and your company’s information to carefully selected agencies. We will begin our recommendation procedure as soon as we receive your “Credit Report”. However, if you failed to submit your “Company Profile”, this process will be delayed for 5 days. Our recommendation procedure is as follows:
The day after we receive your “Credit Report” we will send you an e-mail with details of the agencies we are 3、recommending. We will then call you to notify you to check the information in the e-mail. If you decide to send any of these companies e-mails, please forward these e-mails to us as well. This will be in your best interest, as it will enable us to assist you in building a solid relationship with this agency.
4、The day after one of our representatives will call you to discuss how relationship is progressing and aid you in any way possible with your new partnership.
There is no limit to the number or requests for agencies you may submit. However there must be at least 5、10 days between each request you make, and you should inform us as to weather or not you were satisfied with the agencies we recommended.
6、When you submit any further requests for agencies we hope you can give us feedback on your dealings with the previous agencies we recommended, so that we can improve the recommendation we offer you in the future.
When you have urgent cargo to be shipped:
First, you need to post the cargo information online, so that agencies can view your requests. Then, you need to contact our customer service representatives to inform them of this cargo.
Our representatives will then seek out the best agencies for the shipment of this cargo, and provide you with a list of recommended agencies as soon as possible.
